What we collect
Account details (email, name), business details you choose to publish (business name, role, industry, location, website, bio), and verification materials you submit (legal name, registration number, government ID document).
How we use it
To create your account, review your verification application, issue or revoke the Trulinq Verified stamp, display your public profile in the directory, and protect members from impersonation and fraud.
What is public
Only your profile fields and verification status appear publicly. Government ID documents, registration numbers and reviewer notes are never shown publicly and are readable only by you and the Trulinq review team.
Storage and security
Verification documents are stored in a private storage bucket with per-user access rules. Database access is protected by row-level security so members can only read their own private records.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share information only with service providers required to run the platform (hosting, database, authentication) and where required by law.
Retention and deletion
Verification documents are kept only as long as needed to support your verified status and to resolve disputes. You can request deletion of your account and documents at any time by emailing privacy@trulinq.com.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data. Email privacy@trulinq.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Cookies
We use only the storage strictly necessary to keep you signed in. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
