What the stamp means

A Trulinq Verified stamp means we confirmed the person's identity and the existence of their business at the time of review. It is not a guarantee of business performance, product quality, or the outcome of any deal. Always use your own judgment and written contracts.

Identity

A government ID is matched to the person behind the account.

Business

Registration numbers are checked against public business registries.

Presence

Website, domain and business contact details are confirmed as active.

Review

A human reviewer signs off before the stamp is issued.

Your data

  • ID documents are stored privately and are never shown on your public profile.
  • Only you and the review team can access your verification submission.
  • Public profiles show only the business details you choose to publish.
  • You can request deletion of your account and documents at any time.

Report a fake account

If someone is impersonating a verified business, or a member is behaving fraudulently, tell us and we will suspend the stamp while we investigate. Verification can be revoked at any time.

Terms in short

By using Trulinq you agree to submit accurate information, not to impersonate another person or business, and not to misuse the directory for spam or harassment. Misrepresentation results in permanent removal of the stamp and the account. Verification fees are non-refundable once a review has started.
