1. Your account

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your password secure.

2. Verification

Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. The Trulinq Verified stamp confirms that we checked an identity and a business at a point in time. It is not an endorsement, guarantee of performance, or financial advice.

3. Honest use

No impersonation, forged documents, stolen identities, spam, harassment, or scraping the directory. Attempting to obtain a stamp fraudulently results in permanent removal.

4. Revocation

We may suspend or revoke a stamp at any time if information becomes false, a business closes, documents are found to be invalid, or credible fraud reports are confirmed.

5. Fees

Paid verification fees cover human review and are non-refundable once a review has started. Plans renew annually unless cancelled before renewal.

6. Content you publish

You keep ownership of your profile content and grant Trulinq a licence to display it in the directory and on your public profile.

7. Liability

Trulinq is provided as-is. We are not a party to deals between members and are not liable for losses arising from any business relationship formed through the platform.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email or in the app. Continued use means acceptance.
